Project Overview
For YDB Formation, I built a complete custom WordPress platform for an online training program aimed at French speakers preparing the official real-estate agent exam in Israel. The goal was to create a site that could sell the course, explain the program clearly, manage students and keep day-to-day administration simple for a non-technical client.
The project is based on a custom WordPress theme connected to LearnDash and WooCommerce. Public content is managed through dedicated admin fields for the homepage, presentation, training offer, program, FAQ, contact details, footer and social links. LearnDash handles courses, lessons, Vimeo videos, quizzes and student progress, while WooCommerce manages shekel payments, account creation, orders and automatic access activation.
I also added a business layer tailored to the training model: configurable access duration after purchase, automatic expiration, warning emails, discounted re-enrollment product, manual access management from user profiles, personalized watermarked PDF downloads, optional SMS OTP login through Twilio, one-device session limitation and a YDB admin interface for key settings. The result is a complete, maintainable and documented commercial e-learning platform built for long-term operation.
